Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene liner is intact and all BĀMBA tags are attached.
Ship It Back
Purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier and send the package to our designated returns warehouse address provided in the portal.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing a store credit code for the value of your items, valid for 12 months.
