All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. We offer worldwide express shipping via DHL, which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.
Will I have to pay international duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
